Terms of Service
Last Updated: January 2025
Welcome to WinPlay Licensing. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and consulting services. By accessing our platform or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Service Agreement
WinPlay Licensing provides consulting services for gaming license acquisition, compliance advisory, and regulatory guidance. Our services are informational and consultative in nature - we do not guarantee specific licensing outcomes or timelines.
All consulting engagements begin with a discovery call to assess your business needs. We provide custom proposals outlining scope, deliverables, and fees before any formal agreement.
What We Deliver
- Jurisdiction analysis and recommendations based on your business model
- License application preparation and documentation support
- Compliance framework development for regulated markets
- Ongoing regulatory advisory during your licensing process
- Connections to vetted legal partners in target jurisdictions
Client Responsibilities
Successful licensing requires active participation. You're responsible for:
- Providing accurate, complete information about your business operations
- Meeting document submission deadlines we establish together
- Paying required government fees directly to licensing authorities
- Implementing compliance recommendations we provide
- Disclosing any material changes to your business during the engagement
Fees and Payment
Consulting fees are outlined in your service agreement. Most engagements use milestone-based billing tied to project phases. Government licensing fees, legal costs, and third-party expenses are separate and paid directly by you.
Payment terms are typically net 15 days. Late payments may pause service delivery until accounts are current.
Confidentiality
We treat your business information as confidential. We won't share your data with third parties except when necessary to deliver services (like introducing you to jurisdiction-specific legal counsel) or when required by law.
You own all documents and strategies we develop for your licensing process.
Limitation of Liability
Gaming licensing involves regulatory authorities beyond our control. We provide expert guidance but cannot guarantee approval outcomes, processing speeds, or specific business results.
Our liability is limited to the fees you've paid for services. We're not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, or regulatory penalties resulting from licensing decisions.
Termination
Either party can terminate consulting engagements with 15 days written notice. You're responsible for fees earned through the termination date. We'll provide all completed work and transition documentation.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malta, where WinPlay Licensing is registered. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Malta before pursuing litigation.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email to active clients. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
